Philosophy
Virmary was conceived from a persistent desire to slow down. To pause, to reflect, to quit the destructive race of modern capitalism. Below are some of the main ideas gently driving me forward.

Practices vs. Goals
A piece of thoughtful guidance on prioritizing present over future, by relying on practices instead of goals.

In Praise of Shadows
A book recommendation. "In Praise of Shadows" is an essay on aesthetics by XXth century Japanese novelist Junichiro Tanizaki. It is a very slow relaxing reading, focused on seemingly banal and casual aspects of everyday objects that make all the difference.

Materials I choose and why.
The choice of materials I work with is a very consequential one. They define the appearance and functionality of the object as well as the technique I employ to produce them. This is why it’s so important to get it right.
